Short Bio

Dr. Hila Segal is a lecturer in the Occupational Psychology M.A. program at the School of Behavioral Sciences at the Tel Aviv-Yaffo Academic College. Hila received her doctorate degree from the School of Psychology at Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Hila is licensed as an Expert Occupational Psychologist. Hila has over than 20 years of experience assessing candidates in the Israel Defense Forces, and in the private sector. Areas of specialization and research include psychometric research, cognitive and personality testing, assessment processes, burnout, and leadership development.

Aside from her occupational research, Hila also studies twins, with the focus on the development of their relationships across childhood.
