Short Bio

Claudia Silbenberg is an English lecturer at The Academic College of Tel Aviv Yaffo and coordinates the Advanced 2 level courses in the Schools of Behavioral Sciences and Economics and Management. She has been teaching English in the Reading Comprehension Courses at the Academic College of Tel Aviv Yaffo since its creation in 1994 and in the Division of Languages at Tel Aviv University since 1985.

She received her M.A. in T.E.S.O.L (Teaching English as a Second Language) from Tel Aviv University where she has specialized in teaching English (using Signed Language) to individual Deaf and Hard of Hearing students who can't join regular classrooms.

Her work has been presented in international and national conferences on the use of technology in Education.

In 2012 she was invited to be a member of the International committee that organized INTED 2012 (International Technology, Education and Development conference)in Valencia, Spain.
