Aya Lahmi is an organizational consultant and occupational psychologist, Head of the People Transformation and Leadership practice at KPMG Israel, and a lecturer in the M.A. Program in Organizational Consulting and Development.

Her work focuses on supporting executive teams and organizations through processes of change, growth, and transformation in an evolving world of work. In her teaching, she combines academic knowledge with extensive practical experience gained from advising hundreds of organizations across industries and sectors.

Drawing on her day-to-day work with leaders and organizations, Aya brings to the classroom real-world case studies, contemporary organizational challenges, and practical tools that help students bridge theory and practice in the field of organizational consulting and development.
