Short Bio

Dr.   Anat Geifman-Broder is a senior consultant and lecturer in the fields of   international management, strategy, human resource management, and career   development. At The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, she teaches in the   Master’s programs in Organizational Consulting and Business Administration,   as well as in the Bachelor’s program in Behavioral Sciences.

She   holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the   Negev and has extensive teaching experience at various institutions of higher   education, including The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, as well as   Bar-Ilan University, Peres Academic Center, the College of Law and Business,   and the International School at Tel Aviv University.

Dr.   Anat Geifman-Broder serves as the Academic Director of the Human Resources   field at the Israel Management Center (IML), where she is involved in   training human resource managers as well as middle and senior-level managers.   Among her other professional roles outside academia, she held management   positions in high-tech companies in Israel and the U.S. for about a decade.

In   recent years, Anat has led numerous training programs in management and   employment as an academic director and keynote lecturer, such as: the   national program for returning academics from abroad to Israel, Employment   training programs for residents of the north by Google's Hi-Tech School and   Reichman University, career development programs for Ph.D. graduates at the   Weizmann Institute of Science, and management/HR training programs for the   Jewish Agency, the Israel Airports Authority, and several financial   organizations.

Dr.   Geifman-Broder is one of the founders of the "Gvahim" association   (2007), which assists immigrant professionals in integrating into the Israeli   labor market. She served on its board of directors and continues to advise   and lecture in the association's career programs to this day.
