Skills Demand and Supply Forecast in Israel

Conducted by:

Mr. Sani Ziv School of Management and Economics

Mr. Ziv’s Skills Demand and Supply Forecast Model has been developed to better understand and anticipate labour market needs in the short and middle term horizons, and to define and measure future skills imbalances. The proposed framework is known as the Manpower Requirements Approach (MRA). This framework allows the comparison of demand and supply of labour by occupations, or other classifications used by planners. The model is being developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor and TEVET Organization (The JOINT), and supported by UNESCO.Funded by Joint Israel.
