Inclusive Excellence

At MTA, our approach to sustainable social-change is inclusive, collaborative. Built upon a belief in shared knowledge, experience, and removal of barriers to participation, we operate several customized programs to increase college admissions, retention, and graduation rates of underrepresented communities.
In line with national priorities, we direct a majority of our outreach to the Arab and Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) communities — two populations historically excluded from Israeli public sphere — and whose successful integration requires tailored programs that respectfully address and reflect each community’s cultural heritage, customs, practice and academic challenges.
Furthermore, our programs and initiatives operate in collaboration with a diversity of partners and stakeholders including, but not limited to; public institutions, civil associations, business enterprise, benefactors, individuals and community leaders.
